Refund Policy – Simplie Indie™ a Division of Prismatic Entertainment, Inc.


Refundable Fees

You may request a refund of services purchased but not yet performed with 72 hrs or original purchase. Examples of services eligible for a 100% refund are Author Assistant and Musician Assistant Programs, Social Media Setup, Cover Design, Editing, Formatting, Website Development. After work has begun or after 72 hrs after purchase you may be eligible for a partial refund up to 30 days after initial purchase.

Partially Refundable Fees

In the event you need to request a refund later than 72 hrs but prior to 30 days following initial purchase of a service, a minimum fee of 15% of initial purchase will be deducted from the amount refunded. Example: If initial purchase was $100 then maximum refund would be $85 if refund was requested after initial 72 hrs but prior to 30 days following purchase. If a refund is requested after work has begun then the value of work already performed will be kept and the remaining funds less 15% will be refunded.

Non-Refundable Fees

There are some fees that are non-refundable. Examples of these fees are submission fees for CDs or books, merchandise submission fee, ISBN or Bar Code fee once issued, and fees collected for work that is already completed.

Required Action by Simplie Indie

We will take reasonable action to comply with your request for a refund for services purchased within 48 hrs following receipt of your request. If a situation occurs that makes it necessary for you to cancel a purchase or request from service please contact us immediately so we can fulfill your request as soon as practicable.
